Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at jared@jmcdrums.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our digital downloads, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. Because the product is intangible, it is considered “used” upon delivery. All sales are final.
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, please contact jared@jmcdrums.com with your receipt of purchase to ensure the file can be delivered as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of our One on One lessons and other services, we do Not offer refunds. If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, we will work with students on a case by case basis that notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time.
